Reconstruction of the Peyramale bridge

Bridge closure effective June 2, 2025
Reconstruction work on the Peyramale Bridge will begin on Monday, June 2, 2025. This will make it impossible to cross the bridge and will restrict traffic around the construction site. A specific traffic plan has been developed to facilitate access to the tourist area.
● An explanatory booklet on the directions of traffic for light vehicles and the service to the left and right banks of the Gave for vehicles weighing over 3.5 tonnes is available in PDF format: Download the PDF version.
● Bus traffic maps have also been created. They are available in French, English, Spanish, and Italian. See below.
● Specific signage will be put in place from June 2 to better guide buses.
